Thanks Chris. Bummer. Want the pilot figures and the PE fret. I have the old PC saetta and already built the CA kit. Could use the fret from the PC kit... :D

Never saw Italeri kits with a pilot figure......

Curious :?

Fiat Cr.1 in 1/48 scale

Does anybody know if this kit exists?

Was doing some reading on the Fiat CR.32 and came across the CR.1 Celestino Rosatelli's first design. Reverse sesquiplane(lower wing larger than the upper)

Would be an interesting subject.... 8)

Classic Airframes 1/48 CR.32 advice

I have not built a biplane kit in 25+ years. I have got to a critical part of assembly. I have built the cockpit (splendid!) and closed up the fuselage halves and attached the lower wings. Primed the kit and fixed a few minor gaps with putty and super glue. Cleaned and finished all other parts and s...

1st stormo squadriglie

I am working on a 1/48 Classic Airframes CR.32 and was wondering what are the squadriglie numbers for either the 6th or 17th gruppi? I am not sure if the 1st stormo had any other gruppi. I am leaning towards doing a pre war silver dope finish version. In addition to the kit decals, I have a bunch of...

Best CR.42 Kit in 1/48 scale

I plan on adding a CR.42 to my 1/48 collection. Heard good and bad about both.

Just was wondering what you guys think?

The Italeri or Classic Airframes?
Thanks.

Mike-espo Where did you find your Italeri kit? I've searched here in the UK with no luck so far. Steve  Local hobby store in the Chicago area. I picked up the last one... :( Here is the link: www.venturehobbies.com They sometimes get in obscure kits....I was looking for Supermodel 1/72 sm.81, ...

Just bought the Italeri 1/72 kit. The Alphaflight 1/48 kit is a whopping 189USD!! The Italeri kit has raised panel lines, but looks to build into a great model. :) I just ordered from Vince the BR 20 Ali di Italia book. After I finish with my current project: the Classic Airframes CR.32 I wi...

Re: Classic Customer Services

Dear Mike, I receveid the spare parts from Classic Airframes part free of charge after few weeks from the day I sent them email request (I live in Italy), so I think they are reliable and professional. Probably you need to be patient little bit and they will solve the problem. It seems they could h...

I had the same problem with my RA CR.32. I must say I am quite disapointed in CA. They emailed me back without so much as an apology for the defective part. They also said for me to be patient as they will mail as soon as practicable....... :x This to me, is not good customer service...It makes me w...
