I don't think this is the case, since I found a photo which clearly shows that these Falcos had standard cammo.

MC 205 spinner

Recently I bought Italeri's 1/72nd Veltro. The main problem is the spinner. As you can see the spinner is depicted white with a black spiral. I have also seen models of this aircraft with spinners painted all white and others painted black with one third white. Which option is correct? I haven't fou...

This is really some interesing stuff. I have never heard of black colour being used by italians as an interior colour. Fascinating... :shock:

Can anyone give me a definitive answer about the camouflage of CR.42 162-2 P(Rhodes 1941)? I think this is a standard Giallo Mimetico 3/ Verde Mimetico1/ Grigio Azzurro Chiaro 1 sheme, but some sources claim that it could be Verde Mimetico 53192/ Verde Mimetico 2-3/ Grigio Mimetico sheme.
