Special Hobby's Fiat BR.20M

Post by toby » Mon Jan 16, 2012 4:26 pm

The pilot and co-pilot seats on this kit do not compare to my reference information, specifically the Ali D'Italia books on this plane and the Wydawnictwo book. Also, the RCR Models photo-etch set for the Italeri 1:72 kit appears to agree with the book references. So, I'm wondering if the seats were changed when the BR.20M was used in the Battle of Britain, or if the seats in the Special Hobby kit are inaccurate. If the seats are inaccurate, I'm wondering what other parts of the kit have been found to be inaccurate.

I will be thankful for any help I can get on this? :?

There isn't a whole lot of information for the seats of the BR.20 other than what you get in ADI. The SH kit itself is accurate dimensionally.
