Quickboost makes replacement cowlings (QB72106) for 1/72 Italeri kit.

What is wrong with the kit parts?

Hi Warhawk, I built that kit and used the QB parts. The kit parts are the right diameters but lack the panel line detail and the ringed panel line at the very front.

Sooooooooo, if I scribed the panel lines on the kit parts, they're as good as QB ones?

No, the original parts are undersize.

heck, jest build em up with duck tape! even has a nice aluminum color!
