Hi to all!
Does anybody have this resin conversion set?Any photos of the contents?
It converts Pacific Coast's model of MC-200 in a Serie I plane.
I found it in PCM website but don't know anything about it.
Since i want to build an early MC-200 during Greek-Italian war any help would be very welcome.
Info about Aliitaliane MC-200 Resin conversion in 1/48

Take care with Alitaliane because most of the time the parts are really fancy, and IMHO, under average as far as cottage industry is concerned. I had in hand their MC200set for 1/32nd PCM, sincerely , not worth buying, and I see no reason why their set for an early Setta should be any better!

Special Hobby have already released an early serie C200 kit, using a modified version of the moulds used for the PacModels C.200 kit.

Thank you all for your messages!
I know the existance of Special Hobby's Mc-200,but i saw that the Aliitaliane set gives more goodies like separate control surfaces, flaps, engine wheels etc and i'm thinking to give it a try.
I contact Pacific Coast and they send me the instruction sheet of the Aliitaliane set.

Hi,
I have this conversion set. Contains new fuswelage, propeller cone, vacuform canop, wheels, flaps, engine (cilinder), new rudder and elevator, safety frame (for cockpit) and decals for Mc 200 flown by Enrico Gugliemotti (CO of 54 Stormo C.T.). Quality id not bad. Model by SH has many errors and this set allow to build the Mc200 early series...

Hi Elias, SH and PCM is the same origin ("MPM" plastik, Eduard photo-tech, resin by CMK (probably...) )Elias wrote:Hi Mirek!
Thanks for the info.
So the matter is if the PAC kit is better than SH one.
If it is the conversion will be worth the money, and allows you to build an accurate early type of MC-200.
