Esteemed forum members;
At the encouragement of the right honorable Vince Tassone (STORMO! Magazine http://www.stormomagazine.com) via off-forum correspondence, I am herewith posting a few of my color plates of Italian a/c of the Second World War for your consideration.
The two Savoia Marchetti, SM 81, transporters are marked in German Luftwaffe markings; being assigned to Transportgruppe (TG) 10. These Italian a/c transported military supplies, German combat troops and wounded soldiers in and around the Baltic States (Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania) in 1944. If anyone has any (higher quality) photographs of additional SM.81 transporters in the Baltic States, I would very much like to see them - perhaps I can prepare a few additional color plates of those airplanes.
I am also looking for some higher-quality 3-view drawings of a Savoia Marchetti, SM 82 transporter, an Italian military a/c that was also used by the Germans in the Baltic States. One SM 82 is known to have been seen at the airport in Riga, Latvia, in 1944. I would be most appreciative of any materials on this a/c, which can be shared with me, so I can also prepare a color illustration of a German-Luftwaffe marked Savoia Marchetti, SM 82, Riga, 1944.
Thank you kindly in advance, for any/all assistance efforts.
Regards;
Arvo L. V.

Hello Arvo and Welcome to the Stormo Forum! Great work. When you're done with your S.81 and S.82 drawings we should post your work in the Gallery. The Gallery is quiet active and a good way to share your work with like-minded artists.
