Hi all,
I found this interesting photo while browsing for Veltro pictures: http://www.warbirdphotographs.com/Regia5/MC205-91f.jpg
Can anyone shed a little light on the particulars of this plane? Is the plane painted with primer and, if so, what color, or is it bare aluminum that just looks strange in the photo? What is your guess as to the spinner colors?
Thanks and kind regards,
Adam

hi Adam
it is one of post war Aer. Macchi for Royal Egyptian Air Force ; is one of 16 ex-C.202 reissued during 1948/1949 with engine and armament of C.205 (look the tail wheel); they was used against Israeli Air force. Behind this Macchi there is a Aer Macchi MB 308 . I think that the warplane was not in alluminium but in a background color before the paint (the arab C.205 was used in a camouflage scheme) : look the MB 308...
