Were the starboard navigation lights on italian fighters green or blue?

Green, check the Reference photos in the Gallery e.g., MC.200.

All of them, or was there a blue light (seen on some interpretations)? Also, was the glass transparent with coloured bulb, or was the other way round?

I'm not aware of blue navigation lights used on RA planes. Below a closeup photo of the MC.200 nav lights, also read the captions (AeroDetail 15):
